Tinley,Grey,Stearn,Gray, Deck, Peck.I am searching for my birth sister. She was born in Chicago,IL. Possibly St. Anne’s or St. Vincent’s adopted. Possibly adoption thru attorney Edward Arkema I have found our birth parents and 7 of our siblings but still missing this abandoned baby (foundling) and one other sister.
