I was born Jamie L Lemons, March 30,1977 Illini Community hospital, Pike County, Pittsfield illinois to Velma Winningham & Henry Lemons (Henry Lemons was on my social security card print out as my father but I cannot say for sure he was my biological father). I have two biological sisters Sylvia Lou Winningham DOB 12/31/1972 & Debbie Kay Winningham DOB 02/04/1073 (or close to that date) we are estranged at the present. Both my sisters were born in Peoria, Illinois to Velma Winningham as well. I believe my birth mother to be living in Barry Illinois by the name Velma Stickhost now,but I cannot say this without a reasonable doubt this is actually her without DNA tests or confirmation from this person herself, but the age and name and location seem to match. I have not been able to locate any Henry Lemons that I believe could fit the age range of a possible biological father to myself.
