I am searching for my half sibling, we share the same father. Our father’s name is Phillip Garrett. The birth mother’s maiden name is Rocker. The birth year would have been 1967 or 1968. The birth mother and father were from central Illinois. I am unsure of the birth location, but most likely it was IL or a surrounding state. I found the birth mother, she told me my sibling was a stillborn baby boy. She told me she named him Garrett Paul. She told me she could not remember the date of Garrett Paul’s birth. I suspect the baby was taken from his biological mother at birth and she was told he was stillborn. Any information is appreciated.
