I am trying to find my Nephew who’s around 25yrs old. I last saw him when he was 2 yrs old in Peoria Il at a supervised visit with his biological mom Crystal Owens(43 yrs old) through an agency. His name at birth was Anthony Darrel Owens born August 25th 2000 I believe. I want him to know I’ve been searching for him for 20 yrs & That he has a family who’s never gave up searching for him & Would love to meet him & Welcome him into the family.
