Hello‚ I am the grandchild of Gerald Mora. He was adopted by Rosemary Mora (Maiden name Murphy)‚ a children’s hospital nurse at Children’s Memorial hospital in Illinois. However he was born at Cook County hospital. He was adopted only a few months after he was born but his original name was Vito Gerald/Jerald Brown. The adoption was done through DCF and birth parents were potentially Kenneth Brown and Evelyn Banks middle name potentially Ruth. This may be a pseudonym based off former work at a bar. My grandfather was abandoned according to the stories I’ve been told‚ he was left with Rosemary for babysitting and the birth mother never returned. The birth mother was apparently living in a hotel at the time of this instance around Damon/Damen and Milwaukee Ave.
