I’m writing this on behalf of my husband. My husband was born 9/18/1965 in Chicago‚ Il. He was adopted immediately after birth because his BM had been in contact with his adoptive parents throughout the pregnancy. His BM name is Barbara Lee Lewis and she lived near 47th Lake Park and had another child named "Angel" who was about five years old at the time. No information regarding biological father.
