The woman who was adopted was my paternal grandmother’s mother. Birth parents should have been noted as Charles Fred Pasahro (born in Prussia>Germany‚ 1850) & Sarah Robinson (born near Braidwood‚ Will‚ Illinois‚ 1860). It is possible that the birth certificate does not mention Pasahro only Robinson. An older daughter from these birth parents was allegedly born 6 July 1879. A newspaper clipping I have mentions that the older daughter was 2-years-old at the time her younger sister was adopted at 6-months oldplacing the adopted sister’s birth near the end of 1881 or beginning of 1882. Her adopted mother was Marion Kerr (married to Duncan Kerr)‚ who brought her to Idaho.
