I named him Jacob Thomas Miller and his adoptive parents named him Stephen Jacob. St. Mary’s in Arlington Heights was the adoption agency that handled the paperwork and placement. His adoptive parents already had one adopted son when my boy was placed with them, I believe his name was Jon.
