Hello. I’m trying to find any information on my birth parents.. as many who are adopted, my reason are personal, but also because I have children of my own , I’m also curious for medical reasons.. The only info I have is that I was born either in or brought to Holy Family Hospital in Des Plaines IL. April 28th 1974.
