I am looking for my birth mother. I was born Dennis William Barton on 1/30/1959 in Cook County, Chicago IL. I was adopted on 2/20/1959 from the Catholic Home Bureau and my name was changed to Daniel. The name of my Biological mother is not given but it does say she is the sole surviving parent.
