My name is Robert A Clark Jr. and I have been searching for my daughter "Zaccarra A. Wroda" (who’s birth mother is "Sherri L. Wroda"). My last known whereabouts of Zaccarra was in the winter of 2016 Zaccarra was placed in the fostercare system in Cook County Illinois, and it is unclear to me if she was adopted as of this date 2/26/2019. I have not physically seen Zaccarra or her mother since the year 2008-09 when Zaccarra was around 2+ yrs old.
