my mother’s name was Angela Simon from Fondalac, Wis. I was a ward of the state of Iliinois and Illinois Childrens aid society handle my case. They have a complete record of my stay withl foster parents. Also they interviwed my father exstensively and have his name and medical records which I probably can’t get. I wonder if I could get a judge to release the records. My father is dead now based on my age.
