My twin brother and I were adopted together at birth. Our birth names were Jude and John Fox. Our birth mother had us at the Lewis Memorial Maternity Hospital and the adoption was through Catholic Charities. Our mother is listed as Joan Ann Fox, age 23 and our birth father was 33, but his name was legally omitted from our original birth certificate. We really want to find our birth family. Please help. Delivery doctor was Eugene Secioscia. Mother listed her birth place as Chicago, Ill and her residential address as the Maternity hospital.
