Hello‚ My name is Derek‚ I was born in Rock Island Illinois in 1970 and adopted there. I know that my parents were young around the ages of 18 and had just graduated high school. My biological father is African American and my mother is Mexican. I was told my father wanted to go to college and my biological parents were neighbors. The name on file was Palmer‚ I am not sure if this was my first or last name. My adopted parents told me the adoption agency was a Chicago Child Care agency that matched us.
