I was born in Condell Hospital in Libertyville, IL 60061 on October 20, 1975 Dr.Fields helped set up the adoption between my birth mom & adoption mom in a private adoption. I was told my birth moms name was Christine Jerroch ( name could be spelled many of ways ) and birth dad Alan Morris Nelson ( again name could be spelled wrong ) my birth dad was in the service during my birth and may have been stationed in San Diego , CA and I was told he tried to stop the adoption but didn’t show up to court so the adoption proceeded My name is Michael John Gibb II
