I am looking for my son’s half brother. He was adopted shortly after birth. This was before his mother and I was together. We do know that he was born in Canton‚ Illinois in April around the 27th in 1984. His birth name was Dale Evens Smith. His birth mother’s name is Susan Smith. He was born at Graham Hospital in Canton‚ IL. As far as we know his adoption was though the Illinois Department of Family Services who is not willing to help us.
