As far as I know I was adopted in Chicago Illinois. I don’t know anything about the hospital, doctor that delivered me. I don’t know any information about the agency that I was adopted from. I have been told that I am from Guatemala. I don’t know for sure if I was born there or if my parents are from there. I would like to know where I come from, I would like to know information about my family medical history for medical purposes. I would love to see a baby photo of myself someday.
