i placed my baby boy up for adoption in Arlington heights Illinois I believe in February and I know it was 1997 or maybe 1996 they adoptive parents named him Richard. he was born in Northwest community hospital. I saw pictures when he was a newborn and it was supposed to be an open adoption and I was lied to. The adoption agency was called birth hope which they have not been around for a while. Please I need to find my birth son.
