I was born in Arlington Heights‚ IL at Northwest Community Hospital. I have been in contact with individuals who believe they are biological half siblings on both my biological mother and father’s side. Neither are aware of me or my circumstances and we are trying to find some confirmation of my relationship to them. I am also looking for confirmation of my biological parent’s identities in order to better understand some health risk concerns that I have been experiencing and that my supposed biological siblings have indicated may have hereditary history.
