My name is Michelle Melana Nevois-Moore I was borm 6-8-67 my amended birth certificate says I was born in St. Louis City‚I was then taken to a orphanage in Alton‚Il. My adoptive parents told me that I was 6 days old when they got me. It was a private adoption through an atty Mr. Zimmer who is now past away. I was told that the mother was either15 or 18 and my father is Dewayne Oconnell. He part away in the late 80s I’m on ancestry and have found a lot of my dads side but not much of my mothers side.
