I ahve been searching for my son "Fortune O’Banner" 11/24/2004 (who’s birth mother is "Angela-Lisa Brewer"). I have only seen my son once when he was around 4yrs old and was in the custody of the Dept of Children and Family Services (DCFS) in Cook County Illinois. My last known whereabouts of Fortune was hearing in November of 2016 thathe was adopted earlier thatyear in January 2016. His adoption took place without my knowing or consent (and I was NOT contacted by the Puitative Father Registry regarding his placement in foster care, or when he was due to be adopted).
