I have my original birth certificate showing that Annette Lynn Guizetti is my biological mother. So birth father listed - more than likely due to her age at the time of my birth. Please - if anyone knows how to find her for medical records I would be forever grateful. I’d like to meet her but that would be entirely up to her. Not trying to turn her life upside down.
