I am trying to locate my birth parents but I only have my birth mother’s maiden name and the town of my birth. My mother’s maiden name is Margaret Jean Minnis. She gave birth to me in Evanston, Illinois at the age of 18 in 1966. Anyone with any information on her I would greatly appreciate it. Any tips or assistance would be appreciated as well.
