While Catholic Charities serves many people well, it is known that Catholic Charities will sometimes change dates of birth/places of birth/adoption info. Some of the info provided above may be exact or not due to Catholic Charities handling the adoption. From August 1972 until birth of baby girl in December 1972 lived at Saint Monica’s Hall (home for unwed mothers) in Springfield Illinois. (Now closed) Birthmother age 15 years old when baby girl was born at either Saint Johns or possibly Memorial Hospital.
