Searching for birth father or other paternal family members of baby Collins. He would not know the d.o.b. only an approximate year near 2001 +/- 1 yr. The birth he would probably have put as being at either Sherman Hospital in Elgin, IL or St. Joseph Hospital Elgin, IL. Circumstances around the adoption was a short-lived romance between father and mother. Dad didn’t believe he was father... There is evidence that he is. We’d like to retrieve medical information and family history. Mother has dirty blonde hair often was dyed red or bleached platinum blond fair complexion caucasian. Father has medium dark brown hair and very dark brown "puppy dog eyes." Father and Grandfather have lived in Bartlett, IL and Elgin, IL and it is unknown where they currently reside.
