Birth certificate lists her as Patricia Louise Forsyth age 36 with father legally omitted with 0 live births and 3 still borns. Dr. Robert J Glenner attending. Through Ancestry DNA, two other half siblings by this same mother have been found born girl March 31, 1931 and boy April 15, 1948 all in Chicago, IL. On one birth certificate it lists 8 live births listed so they are looking for other siblings. With research of family through Ancestry, FamilySearch, Chicago Tribune Archives, and names listed on birth certificates, the birth mother’s used the following names: Laura Marie Hartney, Patricia Louise Gates, Laura Mates, Patricia Louise Forsyth, and Laura Chambers.
