I know my fathers adopted parents name but not his biological parents. I had a dna test done but it doesn’t tell me who his bio parents are. My dads adopted name is William harry Ellis, he was born in1927 and died in 1972. I know the names of his adopted parents but can’t find his birth certificate to see who his bio parents were.
