Looking for my half sister that my mother gave up for adoption. She gave birth in or around Chicago Illinois in 1957/58. I have no more information than that. My mother was young and forced to have her baby in an unwed women’s home and the baby was quickly swooped up after birth and she never saw her again. She never told us the actual birthdate‚ not that I remember anyway so I just entered any date to move forward on this site. I dont know the actual DOB‚ just approximate year in which a family member gave me. My mother sadly passed away in my home in 2014. She was a wonderful‚ loving mother and there wasn’t a day she didnt think of her baby she had to give up so long ago. I have a sister who also wishes to find our half sibling. This has been a difficult search since we know so little details. I’m currently waiting on my DNA results(ancestry.com) hopefully that will lead us to her. Our mothers name was Dianne Jaroszewski.
