Everything is sketchy for me. I don’t know a lot about my adoption. Papers have been hidden and I have not been able to find them. My birth name is Theresa Chmielewski. I was born in the 1960s. The last name Badzioch comes into my adoption. There were people in this family that knew something. Possible first names are Joseph, Ada Marie (Trapp), Kathy, or Steven. There was also a Margaret, possibly my birth mom’s sister or a nun that my birth mom knew. I know I have a sister and two brother somewhere. My birth mom could possibly attended St. Alphonsus Church in Prospect Heights.
