I was suppose to have been adopted by John L Yates as my father not sure what date I think it was in 65, My Mother’s name is Verla Lee Taylor Yates Snelling. They tell me they went to the White County Court house signed a paper and my birth certificate was changed. I was born in Louisiana. I just want to find out if what they did was legal
