I had him March 19, 2003 at St Francis Hospital in blue Island Illinois but the adoptive parents were from Salt Lake City Utah and their names was Cort and Penny. I cannot remember their last names or the name of the adoption agency but I remember as soon as my baby was born they came to the hospital and got us and flew us out to Salt Lake City by airplane and I cannot remember if I signed the papers there or in Illinois but I left the baby with them and flew back home to Illinois alone. I don’t want to bother them I just want to know how he doing and see a picture of him if possible.
