I believe I was born at Holy Cross Hospital in Jacksonville‚ Illinois. I weighed 6lbs and 3 oz at birth and was born around 9:30 am on 4/4/1968. The case worker told my adoptive parents that I have 3 siblings. They also said my parents were musically inclined. I believe my name at birth was either Mark or Kyle. It’s unclear if I was named Kyle and have a brother named Mark or if it’s the other way around. I was approximately 5 weeks old when the adoption was finalized I believe my birth mother tried to find me back in 2012 to 2014. We were unable to confirm it was her.
