Looking for the biological parents of both of my parents, since they are both adopted. My father was born and adopted, we believe, in or near Chicago, Illinois. He was born 5/5/72 and had been hospitalized as an infant (unsure how old, but not older than 12 months) prior to being put up for adoption. He was adopted by John and Madeleine of central Wisconsin. Date of and age at adoption are unknown.
