He was born at St Francis hospital in Peoria Illinois and the attorney who handled the adoption was Richard Kavanagh and my parents was Ronald W Blakey Sr. Alyce F Blakey I was only 13 years old. Siblings Ron Jr , John and Lynn. And I was told it was a private adoption and I had to carry the baby out of the hospital and give him to what we was told Mr Kavanagh’s wife.
