I am looking for my nephew‚ his birth name was Phil Louis Lombardi. He was born at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago. IL. His mothers name is Diane Lombardi‚ sadly she passed away in 2023. He had a half sister Lillian who also passed away but he has nieces and great nieces. He was given up to Catholic charities for adoption. Diane was 18 when she had him and could not care for him. He was given up when he was around 5 months old. The Dr. that delivered him was Dr. William Ackley (I am pretty sure).
