We adopted a daughter born in Macomb, IL on August 4, 1982, in Macomb Hospital. Both biological parents, signed the adoption paperwork in front of a judge, after 72 hours. Her biological mom was about 16, and, I think her last name was Toland or Tolan. I do not know anything about the biological father. We came to pick her up exactly 72 hours after she was born, brought back to Winnebago County. We lived in Cherry Valley, IL for her entire growing up years.
