I am searching for the siblings of my adopted daughter. Their last name at birth should have been Portello. The birth parents were named Ignacio Portello and Margarita Portello Chaar. My daughter was born Virginia Portello on October 27th 1976 in Chicago to the same parents.I was told by her paternal uncle that she had two older siblings‚ A brother named Alex or Alejandro and a sister named Connie or Conception. The brother was named after the paternal uncle and the sister was named after the paternal grandmother. I was told they were removed from the birth parents care before my daughter was born. My daughter lived with her birth father and paternal grandmother in Juarez Chihuahua and I adopted her from there. She is autistic and unaware of my search. Government Agencies supposedly tried after I first got her but claimed to not have found anyone. Since the siblings were taken from the parents they may have changed their name from Portello.
