I am looking for my half-sister. My father, Jerome Samuel Morris, had a daughter with a woman before he married my mother. She would have been born (most likely) between 1951-1956. I don’t know the name of the woman who bore the child. I believe that my half-sister was adopted by a family in New York, although she was born in Chicago. My father, Jerome Morris, was born in Chicago in 1923 and died in 1986. He was Jewish, although the woman who bore my half-sister was not (she might have been of German or Polish descent). I believe that my half-sister was placed for adoption by Jewish Family Services.
