I am looking for information on my great aunt (my grandfather’s sister). She was born sometime between 1925-1929 in Illinois or Kentucky. She and her siblings were taken out of a bad living situation by the police in the late 1920’s, and taken to an orphanage in Lyndon, KY, where all of them went to live with different foster families. She was a baby at the time, and she was adopted. My grandfather looked for her when he was an adult, but he never found her. He passed away in 2003. Her birth name was Catherine (or Katherine) Lusch. I recently found out from my great-grandfather’s obituary that her name was still Katherine as of the 1960’s. If you have any information, please contact me.
