I have zero information other than my own. I was told my birth mother was an unmarried teenager, but there was no proof of that. I was about a month old when adopted, with lots of black hair and brown eyes. I was born in Chicago and placed with a permanent family quickly, through Lake Bluff Children’s Home. I simply wish to know my birth mother is happy and healthy, and to let her know the same. Updated info- my birth name was Shannon. I have my birth mothers name too... her initials were CMP and she was 16, from Chicago. 2020 UPDATE mother found, deceased. Still looking for birth father, who may have been named Michael Conrad, about 20 years old in 1969.
