Birth certificate or child’s birth number 112-55-609643. Birth mother was born 8/9/1926 in Wisconsin. She was of Irish/Swedish descent and of the Lutheran faith. She was raised by her grandmother as apparently her mother died while my mom was young. My birth mother 5’3’ tall, weighing 128 lbs. and of medium stature. Her father died at age 47 of a heart attack. Her father was born in Wiscousin. My birth mother was admitted to Chicago Foundlings home 1/11/1955. She had no other children at the time of my birth and was single. My birth mother had a sister age 29 who had two children ages 5 and 6 years of age and a husband at the time of my birth. I would like contact with my aunt and these two cousins some day. My biological father was 30 years old at the time of my birth. He was born in Illinois. He was single and aware of the pregnancy . He was of Irish/German descend and of the Catholic faith. By biological father had 3 or 4 brothers. I would like contact with these uncles and their families some day. The only other information I know about my biological family is that my biological mother had surgery for varicose veins on 8/4. I was placed with my adoptive mother and father, Ruth E. Lehman/Fisher and Marvin H. Fisher, on 4/11/1955. They named me Linda Jane Fisher. The adoptive lawyer was Dimmitt C. Hutchins. If this in anyway might help, my adoptive parents also adopted James Robert Binkley/Mark David Fisher on 10/1951 from Chicago Foundlings Home who was also born in Cook County Hospital. He was not from my biological family.
