We lived in Illinois near Wisconsin stateline. My adopted child had a step brother at the time she was taken. I am her biological father. I have searching for so long. She was 3 yrs old when she was taken‚ I fought a year to get her back realized it was hurting her to on l y seeing me once a week for only an hour. I did what I at the time was best for her. I still love my little girl.
