I was adopted at 5 weeks of age from Lake Bluff Children’s Home . Black Hair , Brown eyes , born 3/8/69, looking for birth parents or any siblings . I was adopted by 2 teachers with 2 adopted sons . I was told my birth mother was just 16 Update... Mother, Carmacita aka Candace, found, but deceased. Died in 2007. Still searching for father. His name may be Michael Conrad. He was 20 years old in 1969.
