I’m trying to find my birth parents. Apparently my Mother was from the East, she was a college student along with my birth father who was on a college swim team. My Mother’s father was in politics. She was sent to an unwed Mother’s facility in Chicago Illinois. I was born at Presbyterian Hospital in Chicago, IL on 08/14/1964. My adoptive parents went through a. agency, The Children’s Home & Aid Society. The attorney they used was Phillip Moore from Jerseyville, IL I was adpopted by Cyrus Kenton White & Carol Ann White who lived in Godfrey, Illinois. I was kept 10 days extra due to a cephalohematoma. I was given to my adoptive parents upon my release from Presbyterian Hospital, my adoption was finalized within the year of my birth. I have recently had a massive heart attack requiring bypass surgery. I am concerned for my son, 18 & my daughter, 20 as far as their health history. I do not in anyway want to interfere in you life unless that is something you desire.
