I was born at St. Francis Hospital in Peoria, IL. Birth mother was 17years old and father was 18. Father left and doesn’t know according to the minimal records I have received from my adopted parents. The Catholic diocese of IL handled the adoption. It appears my birth mother was a year behind my biological father in high school. My adopted mother had contact with the birth mother through the Catholic Diocese after I was adopted for what appears to be about a year or two after birth.
