Hi back in 1989 I had a beautiful baby girl on August 14th at Mount Sinai hospital in chicago I was having pains I couldn’t sleep so in the morning i told my mom and she to call my doctor and she told me to go to the hospital so my mom and our family friend took me to the hospital we got there after 11 in the morning and I was there all day I didn’t have my beautiful baby girl until after 11pm at night when i had my girl she was premature so she had to stay in the hospital for 2 weeks to develop her lungs then she went to a place called Catholic Charities until I decided to either keep her or give her up so I gave her up the biggest mistake of my life I miss her everyday I wonder all the time who she looks like what color hair I named her Christine Marie and when she was adopted They renamed her Mary Kate I did get 1 letter and some pictures of her from the adopted parents but that was it because I requested to get updates on her but only got one letter I tried looking for her but had no luck when she turned 21 Catholic Charities did an investigation to find her I wrote a letter to give to her but I got no response back so now I need help to find her I want to meet her and explain why I gave her up and see what she looks like I really miss her and want to get to know my daughter so please help me find her
