Hi. My name is Jason Heitz. I was born in Spring Valley, IL on December 26th, 1978. I was born at St. Margaret’s hospital. I don’t know the agency’s name or any other details really except that my birth mother was a younger school teacher. I was an 8 pound 8 ounce baby. I have a beautiful wife and four children and have made a nice life for myself. It would mean so much to me to be able to meet some of my blood family.
