I am searching for an adopted sibling. I have little information to go on, my father had passed away and only have what was told. He was 18 at the time the child was given up, when the attorneys contacted him he refused to sign adoption papers but was not aware he had legal rights to the child. It was not hischoice, outta believed it was a baby girl. Mother was also from Chicago , father name william Thomas cooper and mother first name Doreen . mother is uncooperative and will not assist
