Baby boy born in early September, 1976. I was an unwed mother ( 16 years) housing at the home for unwed mother’s with the Catholic Charities in Peoria, Illinois. My son was named Michael at birth and the my full name was Susan Marie Hozie, Streator, Illinois. The father’s name was Chuck Teegardin. Michael was full term, completely healthy and taken home from the hospital by the parentsI believe. I only got to see him once for a few minutes.
