As the oldest of the 4 children‚ I am very much needing to find my sister who was adopted out by the state of Illinois around 1987. My sister was 4 yrs old when she was adopted after our biological mother (Doris Jean Strader) signed away parental rights. Joann Imogene Strader was her birth name and she would be 41 (the year 2024). If I remember correctly‚ her birthday is April 15th or 25th.. Ricky (out brother) and I have spoken to our old caseworker with DCFS in Effingham‚ IL as well as her old foster parents. What we could gather is that Joann’s adoptive parents were churchgoing people as he was a preacher/pastor.
